The Vidyalaya Library has very good collection of books, Magazines and Newspapers.
1. The library provides reading facility to all the students and staff and remains open during the entire duration of school hours.
2. The Library follows Open Access system.
3. Two books to each child are issued regularly during library periods.
4. The text books and other required books are issued to the teachers.
5. The required number of books and children’s magazines are issued to the Primary section for the proper functioning of Class library, and Hanging libraries.
6. The children are given assistance by providing information to prepare for Science and Social Science exhibitions.
7. The materials required for the children to prepare themselves to participate in competitions and Assembly programmes are provided.
8. The Library provides Reference services to the needy.
9. Assistance in Career opportunities is also provided.
10. The Library statistics is displayed.
11. A suggestion book is kept for the library users and their suggestions are taken into consideration at the time of purchase of books.
12. Computer and internet access is available.
13. From each section two students are identified to assist in library activities.
